At DERYAN, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
